Some reflections on the trip from team member Skye Alison...
I think the spirit of the team - 'one for all and all for one'
- not only guaranteed the success of the mission; it
also signified its blessing! When we had more work than we could accomplish, it energized us to
accomplish more than we thought we could and get the job done anyway.
When we were under time pressure, the encouragement of the spirit gave us
freedom and joy in the process; when we were tested with blizzard conditions we maintained the spirit of unity and a trust in the Sovereign God
to protect and provide. And He did. Thank you all for your prayers and to God
be the glory.
There were two things I wanted to do as soon as possible after
getting back: Brush my teeth (after 2 days - yuck!) and kiss my wife!
