Meet The Ridge Staff: Graham Schardt; Director of Worship Arts

1.      What is your job at The Ridge? Director of Worship Arts

2.    Favorite thing about your job? Watching God work through so many people.

3.    What brought you to The Ridge? An ad in the old Ankeny Press Citizen back in 2001

4.     Favorite Ridge memory. Serving Sunday when we had a 15min service outside and spread out across the community doing serving projects.

5.    Tell us about your family. My wife, Mindy, and I have been married nearly 16 years.  We have a 12 year old girl, and a 3 year old boy.  They’re all crazy… in the fun sense.

6.  Favorite Spot to connect with God. Love to connect with God outside, when it’s warm and sunny! 

7. Favorite spot in your house. The snacks cabinet

8.  What was your favorite activity in gym class?  Leaving gym class going to next class.

9.  What does your perfect day look like? Up early, coffee, reading. Time outside.  Play outside.  Afternoon siesta.  Family fun.  Great food.

10. How would your friends describe you? He’s a little too nice. Looks like his wife buys his clothes.  Seems to aging well.
